While
it is likely that all requests to teach Freshman Seminars can be accomodated during the year, there is a chance we
will be short Transfer seminars in a quarter when we have an abundance of
Freshman Seminar applications. In this case, would you be willing to
teach a similar seminar to new Transfer students instead of a Freshman
Seminar?

you would prefer that your class not be run in a regular classroom, please
suggest possible locations for this seminar, such as a conference room in
your unit. Also, if you are applying late, it is likely that we will be
able to accommodate your seminar only if your academic unit is able to
provide space.
